Refund Policy

At Ommtonic Pvt. Ltd., we ensure that all our products are carefully packed and dispatched after a thorough quality check. However, in rare cases where a refund is applicable, the following terms will apply.

1. Eligibility for Refund

A refund will be issued only if:

You received the wrong product.

Product was damaged or leaked during transit.

Product was expired at the time of delivery.

Order was cancelled before dispatch.

Refund is NOT applicable if:

The product has been opened, used, or tampered with.

You placed the wrong order by mistake.

More than 48 hours have passed since delivery without a complaint being raised.

2. Refund Request Process

Reason for Refund (clear and specific):

Proof: Photos or videos showing the product condition and packaging.

Alternatively, you can WhatsApp us at: [Your WhatsApp Number] with the same details.

3. Refund Method & Timeline

Prepaid Orders: Refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

Cash on Delivery Orders: Refunds are not available in cash; we offer replacements or bank transfer/store credit.

In case of product unavailability for replacement, you may choose between store credit or bank transfer.

Note:

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue is due to our error.

The company’s decision after verification will be final.

4. Refund Approval Communication

Once your refund request is reviewed, you will receive an email confirmation:

We have reviewed your refund request for Order #[Order ID].
[Approved/Rejected] – Reason: [Reason Here]

If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. In case of COD orders, we will arrange a bank transfer/store credit.
