At Ommtonic Pvt. Ltd., we aim to provide a secure and convenient payment experience for all customers purchasing our product Roog Vedaa.
This Payment Policy explains our accepted payment methods and related terms.
1. Accepted Payment Methods
We currently accept the following payment options:
Credit Cards – Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, American Express
Debit Cards – All major Indian banks
Net Banking – Selected banks across India
UPI Payments – Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, etc.
Wallet Payments – Paytm Wallet, PhonePe Wallet, Amazon Pay, etc.
Cash on Delivery (COD) – Available for orders within India with an additional ₹40 COD fee
2. Payment Security
All online transactions are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways.
We do not store your card or banking details on our servers.
3. Payment Confirmation
For prepaid orders, you will receive an order confirmation email/SMS immediately after successful payment.
COD orders will be confirmed via call, SMS, or email before dispatch.
4. Failed Transactions
If your payment fails but the amount is deducted from your account, please contact our support team with the transaction reference.
Refunds for failed transactions are usually processed within 5–7 business days by your bank/payment provider.
5. Currency
All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) for domestic orders.
International orders will be charged in the customer’s local currency as per the payment gateway’s exchange rates.
